Our featured ISWAN member for June is Rocktree.
At its heart, ISWAN is a membership organisation and we are proud to have a network of over 80 members who are committed to improving the lives of seafarers worldwide.
Our members reflect the diversity present in the shipping industry today, from shipping companies to unions and insurance groups to welfare organisations, and bring a wealth of experience.
Our Member of the Month this April is Rocktree.
Rocktree Logistics Pte Ltd.
Rocktree is a leading dry bulk logistics solutions provider specializing in customised and fully integrated dry bulk commodity solutions – helping its customers simplify the supply chain whilst unlocking opportunities. Rocktree’s biggest strength is the quality of our seafarers and the solutions they provide. Over the years, Rocktree has been fortunate to attract some of the most talented professionals in the industry. They stay to build rewarding careers because of the company’s entrepreneurial spirit, a commitment to its people and the high expectation for excellence. Rocktree’s seafarers are its most valuable assets – they are skilled problem solvers who believe challenges can be opportunities.
Being a member of ISWAN is just one small part of demonstrating our steadfast support for our seafarers. We are committed to providing our crew with up to date information and assistance where required. Thanks to ISWAN and other organisations, mental wellbeing is front and centre and is no longer a stigma that must not be talked about and we are very happy to be given the opportunity to gain more knowledge, access statistics to help us make decisions, to participate in research and to collaborate with like-minded organisations – all for the betterment of seafarers welfare. We take our membership of ISWAN and the fantastic work that it does so seriously that we have written ISWAN into our company Mental Wellbeing Policy.
