SHIP MANAGEMENT:
FLEET manages a range of vessels, including bulk carriers, containers, car carriers, oil tankers, gas carriers and chemical tankers from 600 to 320,000 DWT in size – with many being young and energy-efficient with an age profile below the industry average. All our ships meet the industry’s highest standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, OHSAS18001. We transport 1% of the world’s containers and 2% of commodities.
NEWBUILDING SUPERVISION:
Our experienced Newbuilding supervision department skilfully manages vessel construction across the Asia Pacific and has delivered more than 300 quality ships from yards in India, China, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Our portfolio boasts pioneering vessels, including the first air-lubricated Post-Panamax bulk carriers, advanced self-unloaders, dual-fuel chemical tankers, 180,000 m³ LNG tankers, and LNG-ready Very Large Ethane Carriers (VLEC). Today we supervise some 100 ships of which 30% are dual fuel methanol and dual fuel LNG.
INSURANCE:
At FLEET, we proactively manage risk by preventing accidents and learning from industry incidents to elevate operational standards. Our expert marine insurance team offers clients a one-stop solution for efficient and economical risk management, catering to all their marine insurance needs. We make sure claims are kept to a minimum, working with global market insurers to offer very attractive premiums.
TRAINING:
We invest in our people, offering seafarers opportunities for growth and career advancement, helping develop the next generation of maritime leaders. Our Fleet Management Training Institute (FMTI), certified by the Directorate General of Shipping and DNV, delivers comprehensive training programs to enhance our crew’s knowledge and skills, emphasizing safety, regulatory compliance, and ship efficiency.
