Fresh new look and website for ISWAN and its helplines

We have a new family of logos and a new website to bring ISWAN’s services together.

ISWAN and our helplines, SeafarerHelp and YachtCrewHelp, have a new, unified look and a brand new website.

SeafarerHelp and YachtCrewHelp are core services of ISWAN, so the helpline logos have been redesigned to align them with ISWAN’s visual identity, which has also been refreshed with new colours.

As part of this work, we have also launched a new ISWAN website, www.iswan.org.uk, which now brings all of our services and resources together in one central hub. This will replace the previous ISWAN website (www.seafarerswelfare.org), as well as both the SeafarerHelp (www.seafarerhelp.org) and YachtCrewHelp (www.yachtcrewhelp.org) websites.

The new website has been designed to make it as easy as possible for seafarers to access support, with sections for both helplines as well as quick links to their contact channels with a ‘Get support’ button. It also features a new resource hub containing all of ISWAN’s resources and guidance for seafarers as well as our historical publications. For companies and organisations, dedicated pages showcase the commissioned services ISWAN offers for the maritime sector along with the benefits of ISWAN membership.

We plan to develop our website further over the coming year with an exclusive members’ area and more features to offer the best possible support to seafarers.

Please contact ISWAN’s Communications team at [email protected] with any enquiries.
