We provide Superyacht crew with access to wellbeing tools and support in the form of an EAP. WaveWellness is about proactive prevention measures and changing the culture onboard to support long term wellbeing and safety. We focus on physical, mental, emotional and financial wellbeing.

Our mission is to make crew wellbeing an integral part of superyacht operations, shifting the industry from reactive crisis management to proactive prevention, so every crew member has the support they need to thrive at sea and beyond.

WaveWellness is a dedicated Employee Assistance Program (EAP) designed specifically for the superyacht industry, providing crew with confidential access to wellbeing tools, resources, and professional support. We recognise the unique pressures of life at sea – long hours, high guest expectations, limited privacy, and constant travel – and deliver solutions that prioritise both physical and psychological safety onboard.
