Since its inception, Marshal Ship Management has charted a path of consistent growth and development. This strategic progression has enabled Marshal to become a leading name in ship management, gaining recognition both in the Indian subcontinent and beyond its borders. Established with a special focus on meeting the intricate needs of ship owners in crew management, our company is backed by a wealth of experience in the shipping industry. Initially, we began with a modest team of only 9 dedicated individuals onshore in Mumbai. Today, we have expanded to a robust team of 122 professionals based in our Mumbai office, while we are also in the final stages of opening a second office in Chennai, India. This growth parallels our seafaring crew’s expansion, from a team of 270 seafarers to a diverse and passionate group of 2400 members from +20 different nationalities
